My reconcile check failed, is the CSV usable?
Usually yes. A delta means opening plus transactions did not exactly equal closing. Common causes: fees printed as a footer note, or a page break splitting a row. Compare the CSV against the PDF and add any missing row manually before importing.

The extraction missed rows.
Reply to your session with the file and we will re-run it with Claude vision as fallback and refund a credit if you paid.

I cleared my browser and lost my credits.
Credits are stored in localStorage. Email us the Stripe receipt (subject "credit restore") and we will reissue via a one-off unlock link.

Do you support non-UK banks?
The extractor is general. It works on most US, EU, AU, and CA bank PDFs. If it fails, email the sample and we will tune.

How do I get a VAT invoice?
Stripe emails one at purchase. If you need it re-sent, email us with the receipt.

Refunds?
If a conversion fails and we cannot fix it, we refund the credit or the pack. Email us.
